Poland will be looking to take advantage of their unexpected positive result against the Dutch on Thursday as they take on Finland tonight in Chorzów.

Last time these two teams faced one another it spelt the end for Michał Probierz, as it was the match in June which became the death knell for the ex-Selekcjoner after the drama of that particular international break.

This evening however is a different story. Jan Urban’s first match saw Poland execute their plan well for the most part and earn the result they sought, and the feeling overwhelmingly seems to be optimistic.

Urban and the players are well aware that they come into tonight as slight favourites, a different pressure to that which they faced in Rotterdam on Thursday.

Nevertheless you would imagine that the starting line-up for Poland this evening would be unchanged as below.

Given what Urban said in his press conference about Kamil Grosicki being in good form, he could potentially be given a starting spot, but I think this is unlikely.

I’ll be covering the match over on Twitter, and there’ll be a report back here after the final whistle.
